Big News: The Site has been rebuilt

  • The entire website has been rebuilt from scratch. This gives us a much cleaner foundation to build on, and makes future updates faster and less messy.
  • The rebuild also means the site is more secure and more stable, with fewer “random” issues and better long-term reliability.

Hosting & Data Improvements

  • We’re now running on a solid hosting platform (Vercel), which improves uptime, speed, and reliability.
  • The site is backed by Supabase for the data side of things, giving us a stronger, more dependable setup for storing and serving site information.

Skill of the Week (SOTW) — Improvements & More Detail

  • SOTW now has history, so it’s no longer only about the current week. You’ll be able to look back at previous weeks and see past results.
  • More accurate top placements: the information shown for the top performers (including XP shown on the podium) is now more reliable.
  • Better long-term tracking: SOTW results are now recorded in a way that makes archives consistent as weeks roll over.
  • Cleaner experience when there’s no history yet: if there isn’t enough recorded data, the page will clearly show that instead of looking broken.

New: Hall of Fame + Records

  • We added a Hall of Fame section to highlight standout achievements over time.
  • The site is now set up to support records / best results, so major accomplishments can be shown beyond just the usual rankings.

New: Progress tracking (XP gains over time)

  • The site now tracks progress day-by-day, which makes it possible to show how much XP you gained over a time period (like daily/weekly gains).

Improved: Profiles & visuals

  • Claimed profiles now show profile pictures properly, making it easier to recognize players at a glance.

General polish & reliability

  • Pages now handle “empty” sections more gracefully (no more pages that feel blank or confusing when there isn’t data yet).
  • Overall, updates and stat refreshes should be more consistent, so the site stays current more reliably.
